James Hoffmeier - Haggai & Zechariah: Recovering Hope

James Hoffmeier is emeritus professor of Old Testament and Near Eastern Archaeology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Illinois. Born and raised in Egypt, Hoffmeier's passion for Biblical Archaeology and Old Testament studies began in his youth. He has authored and edited more than 20 books, including Israel in Egypt, Akhenaten and the Origins of Monotheism, The Prophets. of Isreal: Walking Ancient Paths and his most recent work, Israel In and Out of Egypt: The Archaeological and Historical Background to the Exodus.
