We are sinners by nature and sinners by nurture and sinners by practice. We all walked the same pathway, a pathway that was headed for destruction. But then God, out of his abundant grace and mercy, engaged in a rescue mission by sending His Son, the Lord Jesus. Romans 5:8 says, “But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” So now sinners who still struggle with indwelling, lingering sin are also called “saints” by calling and by position. And we are engaged in progressive sanctification as we are being transformed and conformed to the image of Christ Jesus.
This year the Quakertown Conference on Reformed Theology presents, "Man the Sinner, Man the Saint," in a new form as we offer a special online presentation of QCRT at no charge. It’ll be the same powerful, biblically-rich teaching from a gifted lineup of pastors and theologians, but you won’t have to leave the safety and comfort of your own home in order to participate. Starting on Nov. 13-14, the Quakertown Conference on Reformed Theology will be livestreamed on the Alliance’s Facebook and YouTube channels. Please plan to join us!
