Matthew 28:16-20
In the hymn “Come Thou Fount of Every Blessing,” we sing the words, “Prone to wander, Lord I feel it, prone to leave the God I love” – but this is not just true of individual Christians. Churches, seminaries, and even denominations are prone to wander from their Christ-given mission, message and ministry, as they embrace the unbiblical errors of contemporary progressive Christianity.
