1 John 4
After Moses died, the Israelites faced a future fraught with uncertainty, danger, and hardship. But God told Joshua: “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.” The church of Jesus Christ must learn to take these words to heart as we too face difficult and challenging times in our nation and in the world.
